Bought RV new at end of December2017 in camping world Ft Myers FLA took it for first trip first weekend in March 2018 . Set up camper at site and 5 mins later whole front of camper collapsed the pins on both sides had totally sheared off .

If anyone had been under they would have been killed . It has been downhill since then Called Heartland said to have Camping World put a claim in and would have it fixed ?? Camping World had RV FOR 3 MONTHS 2 times they called to say was ready and both times the jacks were sill broken . called us last week and we went up and the Jack still did'nt work properly said to take it for weekend and will fix when we get back .We are totally disgusted with this whole experience both Heartland and the dealership .We are in our 70's and just wanted to travel paid over $30.000 for this RV and have used it 1 time .

We now have to bring it up this coming Tuesday to be fixed as the board does not work the Jack still not right and a whole list of other problems . We are so upset with the response from Heartland as this unit is defective and it seems we have no recourse or help from dealership or Heartland both blame the other meanwhile we have nothing .Is there any other consumer group out there that can help us??

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $34000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Heartland Rvs Cons: Need to re-work their warranty program on new rvs, Camper is a defect, Product.
