Our trailer had gone to heartland for "warranty work" and upon returning now has more issues than when it left, upon return hooked up water and a leak ensued causing mould.The outer laminate had a six inch gap.
They "forgot" to put a light on the exterior, the stereo does not work properly, damage to our trailer that was not there before it left but no one can explain it. Customer service lies about conversations and then laughs at you when you get upset that they lie. Worst trailer I have ever purchased!
Company is the worst to deal with I think they are all best friends as they cover for each other.I also will never buy a trailer from morrys trailer service as per reviews from people!
