We have had our new "luxury" 5th wheel for 4 years and have had over 40 issues. It has gone back to Indiana to the factory 3 out of the 4 years and each time came back not fixed and damaged.

We have scratches and gouges in millwork and doors. We have grease on mattress and rug in bedroom. Stains on bedspread. Sawdust and chips of wood left on counters and floor Holes drilled to run wires and left exposed Two of the three tanks leaked along.

City water inlet has failed 3 times and I could go on and on and on. Refrigerator seal failure All sides leaked multiple times Our dealer has stopped carrying the brand because of all their failures and their technicians inability to correct the problems I have over one hundred photos documenting the inferior quality of our Heartlands Big Country 5th wheel. We have owned other fifth wheels and traded up to get more luxury. Big mistake; huge!

Do your self a favor and save the headaches.Don't buy a Heartland.

The whole product line is not worth spend the money for the cost of materials. You could have the same result if you built it yourself.

The only way the public is protected from getting ripped off is to continue passing along information. If you don't recieve fairness keep hollering there are agencies other that the BBB.

Depending where you are from.Social media is one of the best
