2018 Prowler we have had this trailer for around 3 months sofar weve had the air condidtion smoke and make noises , the thermastat doesnt work with the cover on. The heater sometimes works we had to buy a floor heater for back up .

some of the trim fell off.

the couch is really uncomfortable. The outside sink leaked inside the door under the sink so the fake wood swelled and the cheap laminate is peelling up the master bed is up agaist a slanted wall my feet hang off the bed or my head is up against the wall

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Location: Beaver, Utah

Quality control is non existent with Heartland. I believe they are owned by Camping World.

I have had mine since new and think I have fixed all the things that were falling apart. Took it to Camping World service for a roof check and was told it would take 3 months. Took it to a non Camping World service center and it was checked the same day for free! The camper is usable but as I said, I had to make a lot of minor repairs due to very poor build quality.

I will never own another Heartland camper and Never do business with Camping World. Cant see company like this staying in business very long.

Workmanship on these trailers wasn't a priority when mine was built (bought new in early 2016). Screws not driven in, stripped out or missing completely.

Sealant inside and outside sloppily applied ... as a note here, if the sealant was keeping water in/out as it is supposed to do ... I wouldn't be complaining. Gas Water heater appears to be a novelty and quit working last fall.

Had used it maybe 3 times. Won't light and appears to have a piece near the burner missing (from rusting off?) and won't light/stay running. Cabinets are extremely cheaply made and again, shoddily assembled. I've had to re-attach numerous items in the trailer that should have been done right in the first place.

Assembly overall is shoddy and appears to have been done by a bunch of drunks. I realize they were probably getting paid minimum wage (I too, have worked at that rate) but, at least act like you have the will to live when you're doing it. Spent way too much $$$ on this to have it less than 3 years and still owe 2/3 of the cost of it. Trailer has never seen a Campground and has less than 100 miles on it total.

Now, floor rot is showing up and I'm "out of warranty" ...

Never again folks, they got their last on from me. I certainly wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone looking to purchase one new or used.
