I purchased a brand new Heartland Torque 325 about 3 months ago and have nothing but issues from day one. Issues began witha leaking hotwater heater tank, then battery goes dead after 4 hours with nothing on...and shore power works when it wants to.. Have had it in the shop one time, but the dealer could not figure it out...called Heartland only to get the run around, stating that they would need to get with an engineer to get information as to what might need to be repaired only used it three times since we purchased it...all three times having issues, so we are scared to try to use it anymore Trying to get good or any customer service from heartland or the dealer we purchased it from is nearly impossible...also it is very tough to find anyone who will work on it in our area...I would never by another Heartland product and if we don't get it fixed properly soon, may have to file the lemon law on this situation...No need to be paying for something you cannot use
