I bought the 2015 Heartland Cyclone 4200 thinking it is a one of a kind. I was wrong, this camper is a total piece of ***.

I bought it for $75,000 and now I know why it was as cheap as it was. I don't know if all of them are like this, but i think i got the runt of the all campers. The middle and back AC units went out within 7 months of having it. The piece of *** cummins GAS generator went out 2 months after i purchased it.

The black and gray tanks are not accurate, and the tv's are pieces of junk from china. There are so many cheap materials on this camper and NOBODY SHOULD EVER BUY IT.

Reason of review: worst camper ever. it is a complete piece of shit.

Monetary Loss: $75000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Heartland Rvs Cons: It all sucks, No storage in kitchen.

Location: Clarion, Iowa

Cummins Onan is, in my opinion, the best generator made. The A/C's aren't made by Heartland but they are also standard on multiple brands.

My TV's are Furion (not a household name), but they are excellent and work flawlessly. Didn't you realize the kitchen didn't have much storage BEFORE you bought it? As to the "cheap materials" comment, once again, did you not LOOK at the coach before you bought it. When you bought it, did you buy a third party extended warranty or did you cheap out, figuring that you could badger the manufacturer after the warranty expired?

Reviews like this have absolutely no merit because they are merely rants.

You made a decision, now you have buyers remorse and the world is forced to listen.

And yes, I own a Heartland product. It is a Bighorn and it is the best (out of 3) RV I have owned.

I agree, my 2013, has no kitchen storage, the couch is very cheap, the outside walls of the camper have ripples and bulging areas. Emailed Heartland and they told me that 1 year factory warranty has run out.

Do not buy from them, they do not stand behind what they make!
